New York Metro Super Lawyers Recognizes all Berke-Weiss Law Attorneys

Berke-Weiss Law PLLC is excited to announce that all of our lawyers were once again recognized by Super Lawyers in 2020.

Laurie Berke-Weiss has been selected to the 2020 Top 100 Lawyers: NY Metro list, and to the 2020 Top 50 Women: NY Metro List. Ms. Berke-Weiss has been a Super Lawyers nominee since 2006, and on the Top 50 Women: NY Metro list since 2011.

Rosa Aliberti has been selected to the 2020 New York Rising Stars list. Ms. Aliberti was also nominated to the 2019 New York Rising Stars list.

Alexandra Berke has been selected to the 2020 New York Rising Stars list. Ms. Berke was also nominated to the 2017, 2018 and 2019 New York Rising Stars list.

Each year, no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state are selected by the research team at Super Lawyers to receive this honor. This honor recognizes lawyers 40 years old or younger or in practice for ten years or less.

According to Peeples v. Clinical Support Options, Inc., No. 3:20-CV-30144-KAR, 2020 WL 5542719 (D. Mass. Sept. 16, 2020), providing the plaintiff with a mask was insufficient accommodation, holding “a majority of these so-called accommodations are workplace safety rules rather than an individualized accommodation to address Plaintiff’s disability.”
