New York Metro Super Lawyers Recognizes all Berke-Weiss Law Attorneys

Berke-Weiss Law PLLC is excited to announce that all of our lawyers were once again recognized by Super Lawyers in 2020.

Laurie Berke-Weiss has been selected to the 2020 Top 100 Lawyers: NY Metro list, and to the 2020 Top 50 Women: NY Metro List. Ms. Berke-Weiss has been a Super Lawyers nominee since 2006, and on the Top 50 Women: NY Metro list since 2011.

Rosa Aliberti has been selected to the 2020 New York Rising Stars list. Ms. Aliberti was also nominated to the 2019 New York Rising Stars list.

Alexandra Berke has been selected to the 2020 New York Rising Stars list. Ms. Berke was also nominated to the 2017, 2018 and 2019 New York Rising Stars list.

Each year, no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state are selected by the research team at Super Lawyers to receive this honor. This honor recognizes lawyers 40 years old or younger or in practice for ten years or less.

A large coalition of union-represented workers in health care and education are pressing the Ninth Circuit Court to require the Department of Labor to direct its Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to put a rule into effect which has been batted about since the scare of H1N1 in 2009.
