New York Metro Super Lawyers Recognizes all Berke-Weiss Law Attorneys

Berke-Weiss Law PLLC is excited to announce that all of our lawyers were once again recognized by Super Lawyers in 2020.

Laurie Berke-Weiss has been selected to the 2020 Top 100 Lawyers: NY Metro list, and to the 2020 Top 50 Women: NY Metro List. Ms. Berke-Weiss has been a Super Lawyers nominee since 2006, and on the Top 50 Women: NY Metro list since 2011.

Rosa Aliberti has been selected to the 2020 New York Rising Stars list. Ms. Aliberti was also nominated to the 2019 New York Rising Stars list.

Alexandra Berke has been selected to the 2020 New York Rising Stars list. Ms. Berke was also nominated to the 2017, 2018 and 2019 New York Rising Stars list.

Each year, no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state are selected by the research team at Super Lawyers to receive this honor. This honor recognizes lawyers 40 years old or younger or in practice for ten years or less.

The Week in FFCRA Cases Includes a Class Action Suit against the USDA

One case is the first class action lawsuit filed under the FFCRA and concerns potentially millions of people seeking SNAP aid. The three other suits that were filed this week follow a familiar line for anyone who has been reading our updates.
