Examining Equal Pay

There are many reasons behind why men and women are not paid equally, and researchers have been trying to examine what creates this inequality in order to come up with solutions. The inequalities are not just between men and women broadly, but can be broken down in a number of ways, in fact, the most educated women face the biggest gaps in seniority and pay.
