Berke-Weiss Law Attorneys Are Recognized by Super Lawyers

Berke-Weiss Law is proud to announce that Laurie Berke-Weiss, Alex Berke, and Rosa Aliberti have been selected to the 2024 New York-Metro Super Lawyers and Rising Stars lists.

For 14 years, Super Lawyers has recognized Principal Laurie Berke-Weiss for her outstanding legal achievements. The Families First Act stipulates that employers must give employee-parents whose children’s day care facilities or schools closed in response to coronavirus paid leave if they cannot work remotely. Lawsuits are already being filed relating to violations of this Act, and family responsibilities discrimination will be a growing field in the coming months.
