Currently, Laurie chairs the City Bar Advisory Committee for the New Lawyer Institute, a program designed to train recent law graduates as they enter the legal profession.
Laurie has been honored by Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations with the highest honor it can bestow on a graduate, the Groat Award. She is also an officer of the Fordham Law Alumni Association, and a member of the Board of the New York University School of Law Labor Center.
